This precious and scrumptious baby girl was just born at 18 inches and 4.6 lbs. She is a smaller newborn size and can wear newborn size clothing and newborn to size 1 in diapers. A strong earth magnet has been placed in the mouth so care is needed around electronics and heart pacers.
Her pacifier doesn't sit flushed flat against her mouth so if this will bother you because you're big on using pacifiers, then you might want to skip this little one.
