Max is a reborn vintage full body vinyl- anatomically correct boy by Berjusa Doll company.
***PLEASE NOTE: (this is not a factory-painted doll and went through the entire reborn painting process with the entire body- his hair is factory original with added/touched up hand rooted mohair by me to soften the hairline and fill in hair ) -Max was stripped to the base vinyl and completely repainted with full newborn details including - skin tone warmed, veining, and blushing. The hair is original but washed/styled and I added soft mohair by rooting it around the hairline area. Max has full details such as light veining, light mottling, creasing, blushing, hand-painted eyebrows, and glossed and lightly tipped nail beds and lips. I use Reborn FX air-dry acrylics and varnishes by MacPherson Arts & Crafts. Max was varnished to seal in the paintwork and details.
Max is a cute versatile baby boy and has been given a second chance at being loved again with my full reborn work, he is great for a new or younger collector, Berjusa doll fan, a collector who wants something different etc. He can be used as a play doll (intense bathing/rough play though is not recommended) Max is not weighted but does weigh in at 3 lbs- He does have some color variations as he was a vintage doll- and this is to be expected.
