Return Policy: I offer a full refund within 7 days upon receiving their reborn, considering the reborn it is in the same condition as it was when received or significant damage has occurred within the first 7 days of receiving the doll, that being material damage such as unnecessary peeling, etc. and considering the customer has followed proper handling of the doll.
