CORRECT ADDRESS- If using PayPal or any other form of payment, please make sure BEFORE ordering that your name and address is correct as this is the address Doll will be shipped. If there is an error in the name or address, I will refund money minus 3-7% fees I am charged and customer will need to reorder with corrected address.

ALL SALES FINAL. Once a doll is purchased, I end the doll listings (everywhere I Have) and I also get charged PayPal fees. If for some reason a customer changes their mind after purchasing, there is $25 restocking fee that I keep for my time for re listing and advertising cost, plus the PayPal/Stripe etc. fee of 3-7%

SHIPPING ARRIVAL DATE. I can’t guarantee shipping arrival date. I have found my best shipping service to be through FedX. When I ship from the East Coast all the way to the West, it can take up to a week; local is only a day or two. I give the estimated date of arrival that FedEx or USPS gives me, however sometimes there are delays but sometimes dolls arrive quicker than expected. I cannot be responsible for Dolls not arriving on time as the shipping process is out of my hands. Christmas poses more problems for shipping delays, so I prefer to ship dolls 10 days before however a week is usually fine. Sometimes I use USPS. When shipping by USPS I use flat rate shipping boxes. I lay dolls on their side and fetal position with very little room for movement in the box which gives them better protection.

*** SILICONE DOLLS are held for pickup at your local USPS pickup location or rarely FedX . Often ID will be required and needs to be the person on label who is picking up the Doll. So, if you are going to have somebody else retrieve the doll, please let me know in advance of me making shipping label to avoid problems with doll being released. Sorry for the “red tape” I had some dolls delivered to a wrong address and another doll was not received though signature confirmation was obtained by who knows who. Sorry for the inconvenience but I want to make sure your baby gets to you safely, so I like the customer to pick up directly. I must add, unfortunately about half the time the US Postal Service does not hold the Doll and it’s on the delivery truck the first day, so usually there will be a one day delay for Doll to be back in their post office ready for pick up. It seems they don’t hold a lot of packages and tend to put them on the truck for delivery and then realize. A small glitch in their system but not many FedX locations are convenient for customer pick up. It all works out in the end. I say this because I had one customer VERY angry at me and worried that her Doll would not get to her. I use the US PS software and I input CUSTOMER address, but USPS automatically puts address to the post office closest to the customers address to where the package is shipped to be held. I have an account with USPS and on all the information I give them customer address is something they do still have…. But don’t need on shipping label since it’s not being delivered to the customers home.

DOLLS TO CANADA and PR: Dolls will go through customs and the responsibility of the buyer to pay any custom fees and/or often pick up doll at a shipment center. If Doll is damaged in customs for any reason or due to disassembly to see what materials are in the Doll, this is the chance the buyer takes. If customer should not sign for or go to retrieve doll at held Location, no money will be refunded. My job as a seller is to arrange shipment and supply information to customer. Any risks involved in the shipping process is taken by the customer as the act of shipping/delivery is out of my control.

*** PA RESIDENTS ONLY for SILICONE DOLLS, PAY PAL is preferred for payment NEW taxation laws- 6% tax charged as I am required to pay sales tax on Pa sales (only) sorry for this. PayPal DOES collects but other payment options do not work on this website and so I will bill separately. I will send an invoice for the tax to be paid or send you a private link you can pay on the reborn site. If you prefer, you can contact me before purchase, and I’ll add tax to the doll price before you checkout, whichever way is easiest for you. If I don’t receive tax payment after 12 hours, I’ll go ahead and relist the doll and refund money minus the credit card fees of 3-7 percent.

Terms and Conditions:
I do apologize for the lengthy TERMS and CONDITIONS… it only takes a few bad apples; I hope you understand. Dolls are sold “AS IS”, I do my best, but they won’t be perfect. By purchasing a doll from Buckingham Babies by Angie, buyer agrees to all the following terms and conditions. Doll is “As Is”. Seller agrees to no chargebacks. Angela Flowers Erickson and Buckingham Babies LLC is not responsible for any doll lost, gets rained on, stolen or damaged through the shipping process. This is out of my control. I supply shipping through FedEx as I find them highly reliable, and dolls are fully insured. Occasionally I use USPS. If needed, Buyer is to first open a case/investigation with FedEx/USPS for any lost or damaged package. I as the seller will submit a claim for any problem order, if not resolved through the initial investigation. I can’t guarantee FedEx/USPS will cover shipment if doll is left at the correct address, FedX does take a photo at the delivery address and FedEx does not cover theft. This chance is taken by the customer and therefore no loss to me as a seller. If you do not feel it is safe for your Doll to be left at your address due to any reason such as theft or getting rained/snowed on, please let me know as you can pick up at a FedEx/USPS or have a signature confirmation. All tracking information is given at time of purchase. Luckily, it is very unlikely any problems occur as FedEx has an (almost) perfect track record with me. Knock on wood. If for some reason customer has given an incorrect address, there is a $25 fee for redirecting the Doll, this is only an option if caught soon after order is shipped. If address is incorrect and not caught, FedEx will ship the doll back to my return address but charge me a $25 fee. This cost I pass on to the customer. In addition, if customer decides to back out of doll purchase after transaction is complete, there is a $25 restocking fee for me having to re list the doll the places I sell, to cover the PayPal fees and other various website costs. Refunds can take up to 10 business days which is out of my control, but I will initiate transaction within 24-48 hours of cancellation. If customer should NOT sign for, retrieve their doll from shipping location where held or does not have a valid ID to prove they are the recipient of the package that doll is being shipped to , absolutely no money will be refunded. My job as a seller is to arrange shipment and supply information to customer. My obligation ends once package has left my possession. Any risks involved in the shipping process is taken by the customer as the act of shipping/delivery is out of my control. By purchasing a doll from me you are agreeing to all terms. I APPRECIATE my CUSTOMERS and hope my refund policy/terms and Conditions, doesn’t scare anyone away!!! Hopefully my numerous positive reviews will speak for itself. I love making and selling dolls and hope you decide to be a customer. By having my strict policies, I am able to sell my dolls at better prices. Fortunately, in my years of selling dolls I haven’t had many problems, but some. You may notice many other sellers have started to place more rules/regulations in their nurseries because of some problems occurring with selling reborn dolls. These are handmade dolls and WILL have flaws and may not be weighed or feel as you hope. The stuffing amount and weight is all personal preference and a chance buyers take purchasing online when not able to hold the dolls. My dolls do not come with a warranty. NO REFUND/RETURN policy, as these dolls are considered a work of art with natural imperfections as all Reborn dolls have. You WILL be able to find flaws; that’s the nature of handmade items that are not factory produced. Minor Flaws can be found in paint and varnish though I do my best to keep minimal. For any obvious blemishes I will include a photo and sometimes sell as a boo-boo baby. Some of the kits have a slight vinyl odor to them which is also out of my control. There is nothing I can do as is this the nature of some of the kits and something barely noticeable to me. Some kits may have a teeny bubble or thin indentation from baking. This is disclosed by the doll companies that when using Heat set paints it is a risk. This does not happen very often and if so, is very minimal and barely noticeable. Eyes may not be set exactly on each side and sometimes may have a little spacing under or above lid. I try and keep my prices as low as possible so can’t afford to refund money on dolls. The dolls are handmade and “As Is” so please inspect photos carefully and feel free to ask any questions before ordering. I try and take accurate photos but can’t be responsible for how images appear on individuals' computers, iPads or phones. Please ask any questions or for more specific photos before ordering. Reborn dolls are considered more of an adult collectible and artwork to be handled with care, though responsible children can also enjoy; reborns are not intended for children. As a collector myself, I am aware of the natural wear the dolls can eventually show. This depends on the amount of time handling. I have known some collectors who routinely change their doll clothes using gloves. They also may handle doll routinely with a receiving blanket not touching vinyl, which eventually causes shine from the oils in our skin. I cannot be responsible for normal wear and tear of a doll that is played with. Reborns are durable but not meant to be a play item, rather a collectible to be handled carefully. The paint and varnish can scratch, slough, get stained, become damaged or rub off in certain circumstances of routine use and friction. Most wear on doll paint occurs on the knuckle's fingers, heals and tips of toes. Unfortunately, eyelashes can come off, hair can come out if brushed excessively or tugged, eyes don’t always fit perfectly, some glue may be seen around lashes where applied or on eye, limbs can unattached etc. though easily reattach. These little babies are durable, and I make as quality as I can, but they do not come with a warranty. I am not responsible for damages or repairs after the doll is received. I inspect each doll before I ship and rotate and pull-on limbs to make sure they’re secure. However, over time paint can wear depending on use and care, heat, oils from out skin handling dolls, sunlight and other environmental factors. Vinyl can also become shiny with use and there are products for doll collectors to use when this common occurrence happens, some products are much better than others and some matte varnishes are NOT to be used for certain paints and can actually cause more shine and even remove paint. I use heat set paints that actually bake into the vinyl. I bake thoroughly after each layer and use 2 thermometers in my ovens to make sure temp is accurate. I always do a “rub” test on the flange area when cured to make sure the paint has set properly. My dolls are from a completely smoke-free home and kids are bought directly from factories, so never smell of smoke! If the fire thinks it all smells of smoke, it would not be from when it left my house, and this would also be a chance customer takes buying online and with the delivery process when other people are also handling the box, all out of my control. I do not give refunds or accept returns due to buyer's remorse. Unfortunately, purchasing online makes it difficult as buyers can’t see or hold the dolls. This is a Risk customers take as do I, when purchasing a doll online. I can’t be responsible for buyer's remorse as I do my best to make the most beautiful dolls I can, at affordable prices, that’s all I can do. For “accidental purchase” restock fee of $25 and payment processing fee (3-7%) will be charged and remaining Money returned. Return of funds may take 7 to 10 days and out of my control.

DARK SKIN BABIES- I love to offer all skin tones!!! Because most the kits start out very light, it is more difficult to get an even skin tone as I must add so many paint layers. I do my best but feel I need to mention the darker skinned babies will have more paint imperfections, no matter how careful I am! For this reason, many artists tend to hardly make darker skin dolls. Please keep this in mind when ordering a darker skinned baby though I try my best to make paint as even as I can. I am a bit of a perfectionist so likely notice blemishes more than most particularly on soles and palms, and nails where I make lighter.

SILICONE BABIES- these dolls are much more of a painting challenge, and will have more imperfections than vinyl. I am also a collector of silicone dolls, and aware that even some of the best and most expensive silicone dolls will have imperfections! If you look, you may find shiny spots, small lint, hair, fuzzies or fine particles cured in the paint. Silicone attracts dust, hair and particles. A large part of painting silicone, is trying to keep these imperfections more minimal as they will happen to all artists. I have some very expensive high-end sculpts and they too have these imperfections. Also, the babies may have some “chapped” peeling lips from mouth opening. Any small “chapped “area or blemished area should not ever be peeled / pulled as this will cause damage to the doll.; this rule applies to any area on Silicone such as any skin tag, “dry skin” bumps, skin blemish in “joint areas” ( behind knees/ behind elbows) …..do not peel or try and scratch off. Glossed areas such as lips and nails will dull. It helps to try and avoid getting matting powder on them. Mouth and lip area and silicone dolls are easily compromised with use of a pacifier! Though I cut the miles open to take a pacifier, mouth may and likely will incur damage. Rooted hair on silicone dolls can easily be pulled out as opposed to vinyl . A silicone doll’s hair can not be glued inside like vinyl dolls. Hair must not be tugged on and should not be Brushed frequently. Some dolls will have rings on the limbs sometimes only some of the limbs, depending on how well they fit. However, silicone limbs can easily pull out of the opening …. But can be easily “squished” back inside, if this happens. I list all of my silicone dolls as Boo-boo babies. Dolls are priced excellent and “as is” I take a full body video before shipping to show the condition and flaws of baby before sending. I do my best making silicones but they won’t be perfect (reflected in my pricing) and you WILL find flaws, if this is not OK to you, please DO NOT purchase from me.

ROOTED HAIR- my rooted hair is beautiful yet not micro or mono rooted throughout like some very expensive babies. This keeps cost lower to my customer by spending about 12 hours rooting compared to 30 or more. So, you can find some plugging here and there. Also, as most any hand applied hair, it will not be completely evenly distributed and you can find some thinner or small missing and or bald spots if you really look. I do my best but rooting hair is not my strength. It’s beautiful but not perfect! I’d rather my buyers know what they are paying for. Beware many artists will say micro or mono rooted, and they definitely are not…. or at least not throughout the whole doll. Or sometimes micro or mono rooted but very little hair. I actually time myself rooting each doll and price accordingly to this. Rooting is what can really add to price of a doll depending on time and detailed rooting job so I try and be transparent. With my dolls you’re definitely getting what you pay for, and more. Mohair is dyed by the company and as disclosed by them , the dark colors can bleed a little to the doll vinyl or silicone if wet. Caution should be made if going to wet the hair. Expect that Hair WILL shed (more at first) on both the vinyl and silicone dolls.

WIGS- are a great alternative to save money to have the look of hair without the cost of rooting! I am no expert at wig application, but not half bad and always getting better. Occasionally a little glue might get on the hair and/or seep through a little from cap to root of hair. I try to avoid this and brush it out if any gets on hair. Sometimes wig placement can be a bit off center as the glue dries fast!! I do my best! I keep my prices very low on the wigged dolls since I am no expert on attaching them!

***I am proactive and add a bit of extra stuffing to the doll bodies to allow for gravity. As a collector, I realize that with any stuffing, it settles quite a bit. I don’t want my customers to have to worry about re-stuffing their baby. Please keep this in mind as babies will be firmer when first receiving. Because Doll firmness is a personal preference if your prefer floppy, I can send with less stuffing. Quite often, I will send extra cable ties with the babies in case ever needed for a limb accidentally coming out (more often when children unnaturally force limbs into clothing or carry by arms/legs) or customer would like to modify stuffing to their liking.

There are no refunds for a doll that is not picked up from the held location (FedEx or USPS) and shipped back to me. If a customer should decide NOT to pick up their doll that is buyers decision to forfeit their doll order. Once the Doll has shipped and arrived at the pick up location, I have satisfied my part of our agreement. In case of an emergency and customer is unable to retrieve doll, please message me to let me know. Arrangements can be made for the post office or FedX to possibly hold longer. If doll is shipped back to me, I can and will re-ship for another shipping fee.

Layaway Available:
My Short-term Layaway is NOT available from October 1- December 31. Sorry but this is my busiest time of year, and I don’t have room to store dolls for Christmas / Holidays

VINYL DOLLS short term reserve /layaway - $125 nonrefundable deposit which goes toward doll purchase, remainder of balance to be paid within 1 months of deposit.

BALD SILICONE DOLL-$400 down. Another payment (min $200) by 4 weeks and balance to be paid within 2 mos. of deposit. 1/2 of deposit is nonrefundable if payments are not met and deal falls through.

ROOTED HAIR SILICONE DOLL-$500 down, another payment (min $300) by 4 weeks and balance to be paid within 2 mos. of deposit. 1/2 of deposit is nonrefundable if payments are not met and deal falls through.
