Your reborn doll with be shipped to you 2-3 business days after your total amount is paid(if their painting is complete). I do not honor buyers remorse or returns on custom orders or layaways. Reborn dolls are handmade and delicate and must be treated with care. Mishandling or lack of care can cause damage to your doll.
Return Policy: I do not accept buyers remorse. Please be certain that you wish to purchase before doing so. Custom orders are to the specification of the buyer and can not be returned. As these are handmade dolls once you have opened your package it can not be returned. I will issue refunds only once the doll is resold.
