Percy was created from the Petunia head by Secrist and the limbs from Camille by Ann Timmerman. Percy has 3/4 arms and full legs on a cloth body. He is 22 inches long and weighs around 6 pounds. He wears 3 months sized clothes.

Percy has easy-care, brown painted hair. He has violet-blue acrylic eyes and applied dark brown lashes. Percy has been painted with Genesis heat set paints and finished with soft-touch air-dry varnish. He has veining, subtle mottling, creasing, and blushing. He has been glossed in all the right places. Percy has a magnet behind his lips for a pacifier. His head, body, and limbs have been realistically weighted with fine glass beads.
