Mia is a sold out limited edition sculpt with COA, she has rooted hair and makes an adorable boy or girl! Mia is discounted because after sealing her hair I found several areas on the top of her head that have several hairs per hole instead of one. It's not very noticeable, unless your carefully looking for it, but it doesn't meet my personal mono rooting standards.
