He was painted Genesis Heat Set Paints and matte varnished. His hair was done with prisma pencils and Genesis Heat Set Paints and matte varnished in multiple layers. He has multiple layers of skin tones, blue shading, yellow washes, mottling, light veins, blushing and tiny red veins in his cheeks. He has no eyelashes or eyebrows since this is the look I was going for. π He also has a magnet in his mouth for a pacifier and is lightly scented like baby powder.
