She came very dirty/dusty with weird spots on her face and a blue fingertip. I tried to gently wipe clean, but it won't come off. For the high price I expected much better, like her pics in the ad. 😢

So sorry this happened,she was sent in condition that is shown in video,as we box up after video.Offer remains open 2 fix issues,even tho she wasn't sent that way.
