*If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the buyer must contact within 24hrs after confirmation of delivery. Updated pictures and video proof, must be provided. If satisfied with proof and the doll is as it left our care, a refund request can be submitted.If unsatisfied with the condition of the doll, the refund request is automatically unaccepted. Buyer must pay shipping to return. We will not accept returns after this 24hr deadline. Once the doll has arrived safely back in our possession, and examined, then a refund will be issued. Dolls with odors will automatically not be refunded.
