It took quite a while before I received the doll and she forgot to send me the COA with the doll. I messaged her about it and she replied that she would mail it . It's been a week still no COA.

After paying, I waited 3 months with no interaction from seller. After several false promises, I needed to contact Reborns' owner to get refund. I need to be honest and can not recommend this seller.

I’m sorry you feel this way, you asked me for a refund today and a refund was sent immediately. I understand the frustration and I apologize, it wasn’t a kit I had on hand it was a special sculpt.

Got my Mia today. Took a little longer then I had hoped for, but she is beautiful. The packing was well done and I am pleased. I plan to buy from Caryssa again.
