Reborning has become my favorite hobby. I adore creating babies! I love painting them, putting them together, dressing them and photographing them. The best part is when they are adopted and go to their new home making someone very happy! Recently, I am expanding my skills into making silicone babies. The process is very different with a huge learning curve. I now understand why they are more expensive than vinyl. Silicone is much harder to work with, and the kits are very expensive in relation to vinyl kits.

Reborn babies are perfect for someone you love that is in a nursing home, recently lost a baby, learning to care for a baby, suffers from alzheimers, dementia or depression. It has been documented medically that loving these babies can improve these conditions. It gives me so much joy to know that my creations bring happiness and comfort. Many hours go into creating one of these babies. They are a labor of love and considered an art form. They are not toys.
