☆ Shipping ☆
US shipping is through USPS or UPS with tracking and/or signature! International shipping is through USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. You are responsible for any CUSTOMS FEES that may apply. Insurance absolutely will be included in case a parcel is lost.
☆ Reborn care and materials ☆
Reborns are fragile and should be handled as gentle as a real baby. My dolls are sealed and then varnished for protection. I use Mil 1 glass beads in my dolls incased in a pair of tights. I use angel silk or royal silk poly fiber fil in the body for a softer feel and I use a generic brand of thicker poly fil in the limbs and head to keep the loose glass beads in place. I use Ultimate Fusion paints and different brands of powders (matte eyeshadow) for detailing on my dolls. I use poly glass, silicone, and glass eyes in my opened-eyed dolls. I use mohair from Russia - Karman Dolls on Etsy. I seal my rooted mohair with Liquitex Matte Gel and I use a 42 Gauge German forked needle mostly. Sometimes, I will use other needles as well. I am not by no means a great hair painter so when I offer reborns with painted hair, please do not expect superb quality. I have no problem to provide additional photos or videos upon request. Do not leave your doll unattended to dependent people. Please make sure you always supervise your dependents while they are engaging with the reborn. Do not dress your reborn in dark colors and it may transfer or stain the vinyl. Do not leave your reborn in direct sunlight or in very hot or cold environments. Do not leave your reborn in your car unattended without covering the reborn as someone may mistake it for a human infant and break your car. Keep your reborn away from animal family members as they may chew it and they will get sick from the ingesting the glass beads. Do not use alcohol on your reborns or any harsh materials such as abrasive sponges or scrubbers. If you need to clean your reborn from dust, use a clean dry soft cloth so you will not scratch the paint. If you have any questions...please do not hesitate to contact me.
☆ General Information ☆
Reborns are hand made items and may contain small flaws/defects unnoticed. This can include if the kit comes with deflects (as some do), some kits come with small black/blue dots on them and may not come off, sometimes when kits are being varnished...little lent/hairs/debris can become imbedded. I try my best to avoid this, but it happens so I want my buyers to be aware of this. It is not really noticeable, however. These tiny flaws may not show up on camera as they are mostly unnoticeable but will be mentioned it I notice them. Sometimes, I do not notice. Please look at all photos/videos clearly before purchasing. I am opened to sending additional photos and/or videos if you have a specific request to see. Please do not ask for more photos with no direction of what you would like to see. If there is a problem, please consider reaching out to me before leaving a bad review. Thank you.
