River has been created from Adrie Stoete's Mindy sculpt and painted by me. Full limbs and cloth body. Weighing 4lbs 7oz and 17 inches long.
He has been weighted with ultra-soft polyfill and fine glass beads for a realistic feel. He feels just like a new born baby! He fits into preemie clothing. His head and limbs are delicate and will need to be supported like a newborn baby.
River has been painted using various techniques (mottling, capillaries, blushing, freckles, baby rash) using heat set paints and powders. His skin tone was created layer, upon layer and sealed with matte varnish to ensure longevity. His eyelashes have been rooted with mohair and sealed. He has combi hair, making him look ultra realistic.
