Leif
This smaller reborn is the realborn, "Leif" kit from Bountiful Baby, she is an 18 inch baby with full arms, and legs. She has been painted with FX air dry acrylic paints, then an air dry matte sealer, and a matte varnish to follow. I also applied 2 separate layers of "Genesis" heat set matte varnish, for extra durability. She has been weighted with tiny glass beads/polyester fiberfill, and weighs approx. 3-4 lbs. This baby looks great as a boy or as a girl, and is lovely to cuddle. Her hair is sparsely rooted hair on the top mostly( keep in mind that I am not good at rooting hair) so don't be expecting mono rooting, in actuality I did map her head, but some of the pencil lines did not all fully come off, and can be seen on the sides of her head, also I tried rooting with a fleece mohair, which did not want to root, (so there are a lot of empty holes) with a strawberry blonde mohair. I also rooted her lashes, in a medium brown mohair, and her eye brows are painted/slightly rooted over the painted eyebrow. She has nicely manicured finger/toe nails, that have been glossed for protection. She does have newborn milia (milk spots) on her nose, (more prominent than I do now) and a baby scratch on her forehead. (This baby might be considered a boo boo baby, or maybe a hyper realistic baby) that is why the price is so much lower than my many of my other reborns I have listed. She will have a small red heart behind her right ear, a signature mark, which is put on every baby that I reborn. This baby is a collector hand crafted art doll, and is not recommended for a childs toy, it must be handled with care, as one would handle a real baby. She will be coming home with a magnet pacifier/diapers, and an outfit of my choosing, caution should be taken when around electronics/pacemakers, as the magnets are very strong. Ask all/any questions you may have regarding this baby prior to even considering to make a purchase, and I will gladly answer them, if at all possible. Please keep in mind..that I do not offer refunds, and all my sales are final, so make certain this is the baby for you, before you buying, also... some potential customers might not be aware that close up photos will make the baby look bigger, keep in mind the actual size, in the description, the size of a reborn is measured in its length, not weight, or how big the close up shots make a baby look, just something I needed to put in to protect myself as a seller. please be diligent in your consideration to placing a bid, and thank you for reading.
P.S. Keep in mind that colors may also vary depending on lighting, ( natural/artificial ) devices used to take photos, and devices used to view this reborn.
