This is a cuddle baby or a painted vinyl head with a printed cloth body. This body is a Sally Skellington print.
She has rooted red hair and red lashes. Both are sealed from the inside with waterproof glue.
I have painted with Genisis Heat Set Paints in layers to get a ghoulish skintone. She has purple/pink tones with a blue under layer.
She is weighted with poly pellets, glass beads and polyfil. Weighs in at 2lb 5 oz. I make these a little lighter weight as they are often purchased for a child.
