Lindy is a really big boy, and he is a very special reborn. He drinks and wets, yet he is a vinyl doll. He has been constructed in a way that permits him to be painted, rooted, and weighted as a regular reborn baby boy. Lindy wears 6-9 month old clothing and size 3 diapers. He is 25 inches tall and weighs a whopping 12 and a half pounds. He will sit by himself easily as he has an inner armature to support his back and shoulders. He can turn his head slightly to either side if done gently. This is a great size baby for holding, posing, and displaying with a variety of toys.
This baby is made from a Linh head by sculptor Sigrid Block. His limbs are from Big June by Bountiful Baby, and his torso has been modified from a large belly plate from Irresistables so that he has boy parts. This belly plate is permanently attached with glue and ribbon to secure the inner workings that allow him to drink from a specially designed bottle and then wet his diaper. He has inner plastic tubing from his mouth to crotch so that no water touches the inner stuffing and weighting materials. The exposed area of the cloth body have been treated with water repellant protective spray similar to that used for waterproofing tents.
Lindy comes home with two outfits, two hats, 4 disposable diapers, a modified bottle and pacifier, a pacifier clip, a cuddly toy, and a soft blanket.
