If you are wanting an easy transition to silicone dolls, Harper is a wonderful 1st silicone baby. Harper was made by Victoria Jane of Miracles of Mine studio. I have her certificate. Harper was painted and rooted by Valorie Anderson of Living Baby Dolls Nursery in Washington state. Baby Harper is poured with Ecoflex 10 and a marshmallow blend silicone, but the blend didn't come out as expected so she is more like Ecoflex 20. She is not a super soft silicone baby. She is rather firm but still very cuddly and nice to hold. She is full-bodied, anatomically correct girl. This mold is broken so Harper is not being made anymore. That was confirmed to me by Victoria herself.
She is 17.5 inches long and weighs 5 lbs 5 oz. She wears preemie clothes. She has one open hand and one closed hand. She was poured all in one piece, which means there are no seams and she doesn't have a fused head. She is cuddly. Super soft silicone babies are very delicate and must be handled with care. While Harper still needs to be handled as a real newborn, she is not as soft and fluid moving and therefore a little more sturdy silicone baby to get started with. She has an open mouth with tongue and gums. She has a pacifier but I have never used it.
Her dark brown hair was rooted by hand. She has rooted eyelashes and eyebrows. Her toes are separated and have really light tips on the end. Her body is in new (perfect as I can tell) condition. She will come with the pink dress shown, two-piece preemie pajamas, onesie, socks, hairbow, diaper, pacifier, certificate, and be wrapped securely in a blanket. This is a great deal on a precious full silicone baby girl with such a sweet face and very soft, curly hair. She's adorable. Special update - I will also include the little white dress, booties and headband handmade just for her.
