Jendayi was made from the vinyl It’s a Girl sculpt by Tina Kewy. She has a has a vinyl head with full vinyl arms and full vinyl legs on a cuddly ethnic-colored cloth body. Jendayi is 22 inches long and weighs around 6 pounds. She wears 0-3 months-sized clothes.
Top to Toe
Jendayi has been painted with Genesis Heat Set Paints, including black painted hair. Her deep ethnic skintone was achieved by a twenty layer process that includes creasing and shading, blushing, glossing, and sealing. There is a magnet behind her lips for a pacifier. She has black rooted lashes. Her body, head, and limbs have been realistically weighted with fine glass beads, then stuffed with polyfill. She also has a neck ring to allow her head to turn easily.
Jendayi’s Layette
Jendayi will come home wrapped in the off-white blanket shown with:
· her Birth Certificate (It will be blank, so you can name her whatever you want.)
· off-white magnetic pacifier and clip
· Outfit #1: floral sleeping gown
· Outfit #2: off white, ruffled romper and knee socks
· Accessories: headband, knitted hat and bear
