Non gendered reborn belly plate. Fits most reborns 16”-18”. Beautiful mottling, undertones, veining. Sealed with heat set matte varnish.
Note- there was a small weak spot in vinyl on back of bellyplate. It has been reinforced with vinyl putty and special glue, and should not cause any issues. [avoid excessive bending in that area, and do not pick at glue]. Not at all noticeable from front. Just wanted to point this out. [see photos]. Price adjusted to account for this.

There may be tiny irregularities in vinyl or painting. Since this is a hand made work of art and not made in a factory this is normal. Any major flaws will be mentioned in the listing.

Please handle this doll carefully to avoid damage to the doll or injury to self. This doll may be heavy and therefore care is needed when lifting. Do not lift/hold the doll by the head or limbs. Be aware that the cable ties may have sharp edges. Occasionally, the magnet for the pacifier may come loose during shipping. If you slide the paci slowly on the face, near mouth, cheeks, chin, it should “catch”, then you can sit it on the mouth. The magnet is strong enough to stay in place, but you will have to repeat those steps to use, If that does happen. That is something that is out of my control, and only occasionally happens.
Please hold the doll as you would a real baby.
This doll is made from vinyl and therefore may naturally have a slight scent of vinyl. I personally have never have experienced it, but I can’t speak for everyone. This is disclosed, and not a valid reason for return.
Do not leave or store your doll in direct sunlight, excessive heat, or extreme cold. Do not leave doll around animals/pets.
Do not bathe or submerge your doll in water. If dusting or cleaning is needed, use a lightly damp cloth and brush doll gently. Do not rub. A dry, soft, clean paintbrush can be used to dust creases.
Excessive handling and dressing will cause wear and tear on your doll. Excessive handing/oils in skin may cause matte varnish to wear and cause shininess in the doll. Always wash hands before handling. Wash all clothes/blankets before using. Dye can transfer to vinyl and stain it. Be careful of any dark material you leave your doll on or near, especially denim-wash everything first.
Do not poke eyes or tug on lashes. [or any rooted hair/ if applicable].
Do not spray perfume or other scents on the doll.
Take care when dressing the doll in dark fabrics as dyes may transfer to the doll.
This doll is examined before packing/shipping, for any unmentioned flaws. Photos are taken of the packaging process.
Your doll be packaged wrapped securely in plenty of bubble wrap. The box may get damaged in the transit. I am not responsible for box damage in the transit. Your doll will be well protected by bubble wrap and should not be damaged in the transit..

Reborns are an art form. Great care needs to be taken with these dolls. You should always hold a reborn as you would a real baby. Not recommended for children. Can not be bathed. They contain strong magnets that are harmful if swallowed. Care around pacemakers, also. I am not responsible if given to a child.
You should wash all clothing/blankets prior to putting them on or near your reborn. Dark colors can transfer to the vinyl, as can denim. Excessive handling may cause shine or damage to your reborn. I will do my best to prewash clothing, and not use dark colors that have not been washed. Please wash all clothing you receive when your reborn arrives. If clothing is a little big, wash and dry on hot/warm to help shrink it up a little. Since reborns are dolls that wear baby clothes, some babies are in between sizes, and this is normal.

Sometimes belly plates may have small air bubbles in the vinyl, which can cause a partial crack on side or back when baking to cure paint. I fix any of these that arise with a heat set vinyl putty. However, care must be taken on all belly plates not to bend them, as cracking can occur, esp on the unfinished side.
Although I work in a clean, smoke and pet free, environment, it is possible and out of my control, that tiny dust particles may become sealed into the artwork. It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to review photos posted of the art doll, to ask questions, and to read about the details carefully before purchasing. Pre-painted belly plates may not be an exact fit since every baby will be weighted and stuffed differently. I am not responsible for items that don’t fit/match your reborn. During the paint curing process, sometimes small hidden air bubbles in the vinyl plates cause small cracks on the back of the plates. This is fixed with a special vinyl putty, which is also heated to cure. It doesn’t affect the look of the painted side of belly plates. Avoid excessive bending of plates, to avoid cracking of vinyl.
Any duties or customs fees for international buyers, are the buyers responsible and not included in shipping costs.

Custom bellyplates and torsos are usually made from photos of your reborn, and may not be an exact match/fit, since I don’t have the doll here in person, and didn’t paint it. While I do the absolute best I can, I can’t guarantee it will be perfect since I won’t have the doll/didn’t make doll. All customers accept and acknowledge this when ordering one. Can show pictures of my previous work. Pre-painted belly plates also may not be an exact fit since every baby will be weighted and stuffed differently. I am not responsible for items that don’t fit/match. Do not bend or fold belly or back plates-this may cause vinyl to develop cracks, mostly on the back side. [usually hidden air bubbles]. I’m not responsible for any cracking that may happen with use. Do not force the bellyplate into a difficult shape than it is molded. If a crack develops, use E6000 glue on it, to cover it, let dry 48 hours, this should keep it from further cracking. Minor cracking doesn’t affect function or look of plates as they happen mostly on underside.
