Her hairline has been painted for added realism. Eyebrows are painted. She is filled with fine glass beads for weighting and a silky soft poly fill to make her extra cuddly and feel like a real baby in your arms. She has full arms and legs and a cloth body. She has a strong magnet behind her mouth to hold her pacifier in place.
