Rowan is ready to be adopted. Comes with blank birth certificate I created on Printshop, a blanket I made, extra outfit, and stuffed toy. I added more hair so that she could have pigtails. I wasn't able to get the hair as close to her ears as I probably should have, but her pigtails still look cute!
