She is precious in her ballet sleeper and crochet hat outfit of pink, socks, diapers, receiving blanket and pink snuggle blanket or He comes with a snuggle zip up sack, Red sleeper, onesie, pants, socks with cars on them, Bib, rattle, receiving blanket, zig-zag Gray and cream heavy blanket. Either way diapers and magnetic pacifier included. You will not be disappointed by this one, just adorable. I have dressed the baby both ways because of the cloth body, you choose.
