Who doesn't need a little dinosaur lovin' little guy to cuddle? This little guy is from the Everlee sculpt and he weighs 4 pounds 15 ounces and is 20 inches long. He is super cuddly and soft, weighted just right for lifelike feel when handling. He has light brown painted hair with rooted lashes. He will come with a small box opening. He fits newborn clothing well. His Caucasian complexion is subtly mottled.

He also will come with COA, birth certificate, care instructions, and small box opening of items of my choosing (his dino items will be included in box opening).

PURCHASE AGREEMENT: This is a purchase agreement between Dorothy Blue, DBA Sunflower Patch Reborns (hereinafter referred to as Seller, and you (hereinafter referred to as Buyer). By purchasing this art doll, created and sold Seller, understand and agree to ALL of the following terms and conditions regarding this art doll created by Seller, listed below. By purchasing an art doll created and sold by Seller, you, Buyer, will be held liable by the terms and conditions listed below.
ORDERING: READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE ORDERING. Seller ONLY SHIPS TO VERIFIED ADDRESSES GIVEN ON THE PAYPAL TRANSACTION PAGE. PLEASE BE SURE ADDRESS IS CORRECT PRIOR TO PURCHASING. NO P.O. BOX SHIPPING. CUSTOMERS PURCHASING WITH A P.O. BOX OR UNVERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESS WILL HAVE THEIR ORDER CANCELLED AND REFUNDED. PAYPAL TRANSFER FEES FOR CANCELLED AND REFUNDED PAYMENTS WILL BE PAID BY BUYER.
PRE-ORDERS/LAYAWAYS: When placing a pre-order on a doll created by Seller, you, Buyer, understand that the doll is not yet complete and that any/all installment payments made for that doll are NONREFUNDABLE while it is being finished and that the doll will be complete in up to 6 weeks and shipped thereafter. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted on pre-ordered dolls and/or installment payments made towards pre-order dolls created and sold by Seller.
PURCHASES OF COMPLETED DOLLS: By purchasing this completed art doll, you, Buyer understand and agree that art dolls created and sold by seller, are ALL SALES FINAL. Once you, Buyer, pay for the art doll, the doll will be shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS. NO CANCELLATIONS ACCEPTED. Purchases for art dolls created and sold by Seller are NONREFUNDABLE. Art dolls purchased from Seller are NOT RETURNABLE. Art dolls created and sold by Seller are sold AS IS. Art dolls created and sold by Seller will have slight imperfections. This is normal as the doll is hand painted and not made in a factory, therefore Seller is not liable for SUBJECTIVE DISAPPOINTMENT or BUYER’S REMORSE or any implication that the doll was “not as described” or imperfect as all dolls will have slight imperfections and photos are provided prior to purchase. Although Seller works in a pet free, clean environment, it is possible and out of Seller’s control, that dust particles and/or tiny stray hairs may become sealed into the artwork. It is the responsibility of you, Buyer, to review photos posted of the art doll, to ask questions, and to read about the details carefully before purchasing. By purchasing an art doll created and sold by Seller, Buyer understands that you are committing to a NONREFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE, purchase of the art doll.
PURCHASES OF CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER DOLLS: By purchasing a custom made-to-order doll from Seller and Buyer, understands that you are purchasing an ART SERVICE, which will not begin until agreed-upon deposit has been made and cleared. All payment installments made towards the purchase of the service (painting/rooting of the doll) are NONREFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Completed dolls shown that are listed as a custom made-to-order doll are EXAMPLES of my work and NOT completed dolls available for purchase. Once deposit for the art service/custom reborn has been made Seller reserves the right to take up to 6 weeks to paint and/or root the doll. The doll will then be shipped to Buyer upon completion. By purchasing a custom made-to-order doll from seller, Buyer agrees to allot Seller 6 weeks to complete the art services to create the doll and understands that the doll created will not be identical to any photo or example shown as all dolls are handmade and original works of art. Therefore, Seller is not responsible for Buyer’s remorse nor claims filed “not as described” as all dolls will have slight imperfections and differences. All custom made-to-order dolls, including payment installments made towards custom made-to-order dolls, are non-returnable, non-refundable, and all sales final. By purchasing a custom made-to-order doll created by Seller, Buyer, agrees to and understand the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING This art doll created and sold by Seller, is shipped fully insured, in a sturdy box which is secured with packing tape and the doll inside protected with a blanket and bubble wrap. Buyer, understands that by purchasing this art doll, Seller, is not liable or responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. It is the responsibility of Buyer, to file a claim with USPS in the event of a lost, damaged, or stolen item. Seller is not liable to make repairs on dolls damaged during shipping. If a doll is shipped back to Seller due to incorrect mailing address on your PayPal, re-shipment of the doll will be at the Buyer’s expense. Seller is not responsible for mailing addresses that are not updated on PayPal. This is solely the Buyer’s responsibility. ***MAKE SURE YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS IS CURRENT PRIOR TO PURCHASE***
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE: Seller’s prices fluctuate based on many circumstances from economic inflation to personal work availability, to collector’s market value which is constantly changing. Seller is not obligated to sell a doll at any previous rates offered. The price shown at time of purchase is the current asking price for the item.
SAFETY WARNING By purchasing an art doll created and sold by Seller, Buyer understands that Seller is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or death resulting from Buyer’s negligence of allowing an incompetent person, child, elderly, mentally impaired, or pet to interact with the doll. Art dolls have small parts, pieces that can come loose, powder scent, fine glass beads, eyes, and small powerful magnets that can pose a choking hazard and interfere with pacemakers. Mohair: Mohair is dyed by the companies that sell it which can stain the doll vinyl when hair is wet, especially dark colored mohair. Although mohair is sealed inside the head with glue, rough brushing, pulling, wearing hats/head coverings for extended time, excessive styling, and/or improper storage of rooted dolls will cause damage. Use care when styling mohair. Seller is not liable for issues that may occur with bleeding colors of mohair onto vinyl nor mohair breakage or loss once in transit and/or while in the Buyer‘s possession. Use care when styling mohair.
WARRANTY: Art dolls created and sold by Seller are NOT under warranty. This doll is a piece of artwork, not a toy. It is highly recommended that Buyer educates themselves on proper care, storage, cleaning, and handling of reborn dolls. Seller is not liable for any damages that may occur to the doll.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND BUSINESS NAME: Seller retains all rights to photos, nursery name and doll listings here on reborns.com. and does not authorize others to use these photos without permission in writing or impersonate me in any way here or on any other social media platform. All photos are taken with Nikon CoolPix camera without filters in natural light. Dolls are posed in front of a large window which allows plenty of natural light, however, other devices used to view photos may cause lighting variations which is out of my control.
SCAMMERS AND POLICY BREAKERS will be reported to Dave Stack, owner/creator of reborns.com and/or authorities wherein legal action may take place. Box packing photos are prepared for all dolls ready for shipment to provide proof of their condition upon leaving my studio and to prevent claims that the doll was not safely packaged.
