Please welcome Amelie! Amelie (pronounced “Emily”) was made from the Emelie- Yvonne vinyl kit. She has a vinyl head, with full vinyl arms and legs, with a cloth body. Emelie is 18 inches long and weighs around 5 pounds. She wears newborn sized clothes. Top to Toe Amelie has been painted with Genesis Heat Set Paints. She has rooted hair in shades of brown. She has brown acrylic eyes and applied brown lashes. There is a magnet behind her lips for a pacifier. Amelie's realistic fair skintone was achieved by a sixteen layer process that includes, creasing and shading, subtle veining, mottling, blushing, and glossing. Her cloth body, head, and limbs have been realistically weighted with fine glass beads and stuffed with polyfill.
