Alec was made from the Anabel kit sculpted by Denise Pratt. She has lovingly sculpted every detail. I love the sweet folds in his hands and feet. He has full vinyl arms (vinyl up to the shoulders) and full legs (vinyl up to the hip) with a cuddly cloth body. Alec is 19 inches long and weighs 5 pounds 6 ounces. He wears newborn or 0-3 months sized clothes.
Top to Toe
Alec was hand-painted by me (not a factory) and is one-of-a-kind. He has a painted vinyl head and limbs with a cuddly cloth body. He has painted hair in shades of brown. He has acrylic blue eyes and dark brown applied lashes. There is a magnet behind his lips for a pacifier. Alec's fair skintone was achieved by a sixteen layer process that includes, creasing and shading, blue undertones, subtle veining, mottling, blushing, and glossing. His cloth body, limbs, and head have been realistically weighted with fine glass beads and stuffed with polyfill.
Alec’s Layette
Alec will come home with everything in his pictures, wearing a diaper, white onesie, and striped sleeper, wrapped in a matching blue bear receiving blanket. He will also have his blue bear hug outfit and, shirt, and matching hat. Lastly, he will have a blank birth certificate (so you can name him anything you want) and a magnetic pacifier.
As always, if you see Alec as a girl, just ask and I will send her home with a similar layette for a girl.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING: All ready-made dolls ship the next business day after your payment. Custom dolls are generally shipped within four weeks. Custom rooted dolls take four to six weeks. I always ship Two-Day Priority with tracking.

By purchasing this doll, you agree that you have read and understand all the terms and conditions below.
1. I am not responsible or liable for shipping delays, damage to your doll in transit, or stolen packages. Once the package leaves my possession, these matters are out of my hands and are now the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your doll is delayed or damaged, contact the shipping carrier. I always provide tracking and will add insurance and signature confirmation for an additional cost, if requested when you order.
2. I'm not responsible or liable for tariffs, duties, or customs fees on dolls shipped outside the US. I will not mark the item as a gift, nor will I mark its value lower than the actual price. If you are purchasing from outside the US, it is your responsibility to research the charges for your country and be prepared to pay that extra amount when the doll arrives.
3. This doll is being sold as-is and without a warranty. I provide plenty of pictures so you can see your doll from every angle, so you know exactly what you are getting. These pictures accurately show the product you will receive. Reborn dolls are a handmade product. They are not perfect, nor represented to be.
4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Your doll is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
5. Reborn dolls are delicate works of art that must be handled gently and infrequently. They are designed for adult collectors. They are not recommended for children. Any damage, whether accidental or on purpose, is the responsibility of the owner. If something happens to your doll, you can contact me about repairs. If I repair your doll, you will have to pay shipping both ways. Depending on the nature of the repair, you may also be looking at additional costs.
6. SAFETY WARNING: Reborn dolls come with small items like pacifiers and hair accessories and are filled with tiny glass beads. These are choking hazards for small children and pets. Always supervise pets and small children around your doll.
7. Unless specified, all dolls come with a magnet behind their lips for a pacifier and a magnet in the pacifier. Keep these strong magnets away from electronics and people with pacemakers.
8. If you choose to pay for your doll in installments, remember that the first installment of $100 is non-refundable. I can, however, transfer your deposit to another doll. I only do installments through PayPal invoicing with a 90-day. interest-free term.
