Darren was born on 9/06/19 at 1:34 p.m. He is absolutely breathtaking with his fuzzy newborn look. His hair is painted with Genesis paints and he looks very believable as a fresh newborn.
Darren is a Bountiful Baby sculpt that is made from scans of a real baby. His open mouth is one of my favorite features. He even has ridges on his palette that you can see up close. He will take a modified pacifier. Avent pacifiers work best for him, and one will be included for him.

Darren looks amazing in hats, as you can see, because his fuzzy-painted forehead hair shows a good bit. He has rooted mohair eyelashes that are sealed from the back. He has a few little freckles, one on his pinky, and one on his thigh- another unique feature that makes him one of a kind.
Darren’s fingernails are glossy, and he has a realistic amount of gloss to his lips and eyelids. He has veins, mottling, blue tones, and blushy hands and feet. He has a fair complexion, but I did not skimp on color use!
Used on Darren is many layers of Genesis Heat Set Paint, and he is sealed all over with a smooth soft touch varnish, protecting him and making him heirloom quality.
Darren looks best in preemie sizes, but can fit into some newborn as well. He is a large preemie or small newborn. He is weighted realistically with fine glass beads from Bountiful Baby and filled with premium polyester. His body is cloth doe suede and he has full limbs.
Please take time to look through the pictures and make sure this is “your baby.” He is a one of a kind, and I cannot accept returns. Perfect imperfections are always a part of reborning, but I do disclose if I have a doll that I consider “boo boo,” and price accordingly.
