She has full arms and legs, and is filled with quality loft fiberfill for a floppy, cuddly, realistic feeling baby who poses easily. Please note; I like my babies floppy for a realistic feel when handling. If you want a more firm baby, please let me know and I will gladly add more fiberfil. I can also change out her clothing for boy items if you prefer.
