This precious little peanut was created from the Annaliese sculpt by Dawn Murray McLeod. She melted my heart when I first saw her. She is #217 in a limited edition of only 400 worldwide. She is NOT A TOY but a collectible piece of 3-D art intended for adults. She weighs 1 pound, 13 ounces and is 13 inches long. She has been painted in many ultra thin layers of air dry paints to give her realistic skin tones, then sealed with soft touch varnish. She has all the details of my bigger babies-mottling, veins, blushing, shaded creases and tiny finger and toe nails. Her hair is premium mohair that has been hand rooted then secured from the inside with a waterproof sealer. Her eyelashes are also rooted. Her head, and limbs, have been weighted with tiny glass beads. her. Her head needs to be supported just like an actual infant's. Because she's so small, I weighted her body with polypellets for more flexibility. The glass beads in the body made her too stiff for easy posing. She contains no magnets so she is safe for anyone to hold. She wears preemie size clothes-1-3.5 lbs fit her best. Small preemie clothes also fit but are a little baggy as they would be on a real preemie. Annaliese will come home with 2 sleep and play outfits, onesie, birth certificate, COA, care instructions and some little extras.
