He's Asleep aka Rory

This is He's Awake By sculptor Tina Kewy and he's a nice, big and heavy baby. He is 22" and weighs 7lbs 13oz. This baby is weighted to feel like a real newborn - his head is heavy and is floppy on his shoulders and his body is filled with Cluster Stuff which keeps his body floppy and cuddly over the standard fiber-fill product.

This baby is weighted with tiny glass beads and stainless steel BB's. All are encased in vinyl gloves and then inside a cloth pouch to prevent any spillage of beads into the body cavity.

He is also cute as baby girl, as well, so if you choose to purchase him I can mail him to you with baby girl clothes and blanket.

I named him Rory but you can choose his name and I'll put that on his adoption certificate.

Baby Rory has been painted with many layers of BabyFX paint and sealed with a soft-touch sealer that keeps his vinyl feeling smooth and velvety. He has been rooted with Angela Sprott mohair in baby brown. His hair has been painted, under the mohair so he is considered to have combination hair.

He has full arms and legs and a cloth body. He is made of vinyl. He DOES NOT take a bottle and the one in the picture is for visual effect only.

He will come to you with 2 outfits, a blanket, brush and comb set, adoption certificate and care instructions. He also comes with a pacifier that is modified so that it can be attached to his mouth via a magnet that is inside his head. Of note: these magnets are very powerful rare earth magnets so care must be taken with them around electronics, pacemakers and small children.
