y name is Kristi and I am the artist for these babies. I truly love the art involved in reborning and enjoy watching each new baby come to life as a unique little individual. I use quality products and strive to improve my techniques with each new “birth”. This sculpt is the lovely LE Owen Francis by Laura Tuzio Ross! He is approximately 5 pounds and 18 inches long. He started with a bubble bath and painted had several layers of airdry paints. He has undertones, internal shading, tiny veining, blushing, creasing and mottling added to his lovely complexion. His nails have been tipped in natural color with natural nailbeds. His nose has been opened for “breather” appearance and backed with felt. His hair is directionally swirled hand-painted and created with prisma pencil and airdry paints. He has beautiful microroted blonde lashes Baby has a soft beige cloth body with and unjointed full arms and full legs with little cloth tushy. He has a naturally-painted belly plate. Makes it fun to wear sleeveless clothing! His head, limbs and body are filled with fine glass beads and polyfill- no sand. He has a magnetic pacifier and caution should be given around pacemakers, credit cards and computers. Coming home- she has diaper, white t-shirt, Petit Ami blue and white bubble outfit,satin white shoes, blanket, pacifier and birth certificate. Baby wears newborn clothing. Baby is an adult collector doll and I would recommend that reborns only be handled by adults. They are not meant to be played with by children.
