I've given her realistic newborn skin tones with mottling, shading, creasing and light veining along with delicately painted nails

Glossed nails, mouth, and eyelids have sheen, not shine.

I've changed out her limbs so she could have an open hand as well as a closed one because I like these limbs better for her
