Oh hi handsome! Real talk...I have seen this kit on the bb site so many times and so many times I have passed him up. There is only one prototype picture and it never really spoke to me. I'm not even sure it's a good picture of him. I finally looked at him again recently and this time, I saw so much more. He is so genuine and so peaceful. His blemishes aren't an attempt at covering up a blunder. Babies are imperfect. They have brand new skin and are prone to heat rashes and baby acne. I'm usually a little afraid to get out of my comfort zone and add new details, but little Jaxson is so precious and so realistic, I thought he could pull off these imperfections. They do have a little bit of texture so they feel like little bumps, and they are definitely more subtle in person.
I painted Jaxson with GHSP and finished with a matte varnish. He has subtle veining, painted dark brown hair and newborn blemishing, including his acne/rashes. He is weighted to feel like a newborn, so you will need to support his little head.
Jaxson will come home with his blue one piece outfit with matching hat, mittens and booties and bib. He will also come with his onesie, socks, magnetic pacifier, lovey and blanket. And of course he can't come home without his jammiies and his COA.
