Silicone cuddle baby Maelee from Melody Hess is born! She's my christmas baby and as a little present from me for this community she's priced to only cover material costs.
She has a silicone head. a fabric body and fabric limbs. Her body is weighted with Fine glass granulate of 0.35-0.80 mm and further filled with fiberfill. I made her very sloppy and cuddly. But I will add some fiberfill if you like a more firm baby.
I opened her mouth so that she can take a preemie pacifier. She doesn't have a sculpted mouth, so no tongue etc. But I love the realism of silicones that they can open their mouths and take a bottle or pacifier.
Like most people know silicone dolls attracts dust. Making them is therefore a very clean and sterile progress. While making Maelee my cat broke into my little studio. (My dolls are kept in a pet free studio) So unfortunately Maelee got a litte more dust on her while drying than my other dolls. Therefore she's listed as a booboo baby and is she priced incredible cheap (also cause it's almost christmas!) I don't earn anything from her. You only pay for the materials.
