I do accept custom orders on my in stock kits. Message me for ordering details. Customs take 3-4 weeks or less.
Terms and Conditions: I only use authentic reborn kits, I can provide the serial numbers and names by photos of each doll. Not all dolls come with COA but will come with birth certificates and authenticity that they were painted and made by myself. Safety photos can be requested at any time.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay the agreed amount and by choosing the layaway option you are agreeing to a deposit that is non refundable.
I use UPS that offers extra insurance on packages and it is the responsibility of the buyer to inform me if any damages or issues arise with shipping.
I also provide detailed instructions on how to care for the baby as well as take photos of me packing up the baby. It is the buyers responsibility to care for the baby to maintain the quality of the doll when receiving. Such as not leaving the doll in extreme heat/cold, not submerging in water, caring for the hair, keeping it away from pets or young children.
Return Policy: I do not accept returns or refunds for any damage to the doll after it is in your possession. I do include a detailed care sheet for your doll to protect the quality.
