River is a partial silicone baby so she can be a girl or boy. Her mouth is open and she takes a paci included. She has gorgeous glass blue gray eyes and will have rooted lashes. She has rooted dark brown hair. She does not have a visible tongue and her mouth does not open wide. She represents a 0-3 month baby. I painted her with psycho paint and matted with silicone velvet. She is a boo boo because I repainted her head. It's a little bumpy but it doesn't doesn't from the adorableness of this baby.
