Beware around pacemaker’s as baby dolls have magnets behind their mouths for a magnetic pacifier. (Can be removed upon request.) No Returns for “Buyer’s Remorse.” All photos taken in both natural daylight and also a variety of lighting to show the dolls complexion color and any details the best way we can. Photos are all taken by us and are not stock or other sample photos. What you see is what you get. Any boo-boo’s or issues will be listed and shown in photos. Dolls are hand painted and therefore are not considered to be “perfect”, and have variations. Reborn dolls are not intended for children’s play, and while they are sealed and varnished to preserve their permanent paint, they can get damaged/ stained/ paint rubs and/ or paint scratches, if handled too roughly or from dyes in baby clothing. Handle with care. Dolls with cloth bodies cannot be bathed in water and should be cleaned gently with a soft washcloth and water, as needed. Hand rooted hair can be gently brushed with baby brush or toothbrush, small fine tooth comb, water and/ or reborn mohair conditioners. Hats and Headbands, plus shipping can leave hair unruly and should be styled to buyers choice after receiving the doll. All baby clothing that is not NWT has been washed with box brand laundry soap and fabric softener, in hot water, and dried to cleanse and sanitize the items. Gently used baby clothing is also included in the box opening and is free from major signs of west and is considered to be in Gently Used/ Excellent Condition. Faux milk is non-toxic, sealed baby bottles and is for play/ display purposes only. Do not drink. Be careful with magnets around pacemakers. Dolls are painted with heat set acrylic paints, air dry acrylic paints, and sealed and varnished 2-3 times for durability.
Return Policy:
Returns not accepted, unless it’s “our error.” Photos are provided along with a detailed written description to demonstrate in exactly what you will be receiving. Condition is objective, so please review all photos and listing description thoroughly. Please ask any and all questions before you buy. Boxing/ Packaging the items will be recorded for all parties safety, along with safety photos that are taken during boxing of the baby and any items.
