I do not accept returns or offer refunds as these dolls are considered a work of art with natural imperfections as all reborns have. The dolls are handmade and “As Is” so please inspect photos carefully and feel free to ask any questions. I try and take accurate photos but can’t be responsible for how images appear on individuals computers, iPads or phones. Please ask any questions or for more specific photos before ordering.
