It is highly recommended that you, the buyer, educate yourself on proper care, storage, cleaning, and handling of reborn dolls. Shara Gallo/MiaMarie Art Dolls is not liable for any damages that may occur to the doll after purchase nor responsible for making repairs post sale.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING. In this document, You and Your will refer to the buyer of the/this reborn doll. I, My, and Me will refer to the artist Shara M Gallo of MiaMarie Art Dolls. You agree that You are 18 years or older. You must be the owner in name and address of the PayPal account You are using to purchase this reborn doll. I will not ship to any other address other than what is on Your PayPal account. Please look over the pictures and description of the reborn doll and ask Me any questions You may have before purchasing one of My reborn dolls. My reborn dolls are a work of art and therefore unique and subject to small imperfections. If there is a major flaw in My work I will point this out and take pictures to show said flaw. All other imperfections are added to show realism and make this doll more unique. I ship my reborn dolls in a timely manner and they are shipped in a cardboard box with strong packing tape and wrapped in a good quality blanket and then wrapped in bubble wrap. Sometimes balloons and/or packing paper or bubbles are placed around the reborn doll for more protection. I always ship with insurance and you must sign for your package. Any damage during shipping will be covered by said insurance. SAFETY CONCERNS: Be aware that my dolls can contain, strong magnets, glass beads, glass or plastic eyes, glues, paints, mediums, and varnish, metal BB pellets, rubber pellets, or silicone pellets. Also these dolls are made out of vinyl which contain various chemicals. Very strong magnets should not be near people with pacemakers or any other medical equipment. These reborn dolls are also not made for children, pets, or adults who can not understand the risks. If You decide to give one of My reborn dolls to a child, pet, or person who does not understand the risks You do so at Your, and their risk and peril. It is Your responsibility to protect Yourself and anyone vulnerable in your care.
Return Policy:
Unfortunately I do not accept returns/exchanges. I do layaways/payment plans on a case by case basis. Please look over the photos carefully and ask any questions you may have before you purchase. I'm happy to answer questions and send more photos upon request.
1. I do not hold dolls without a deposit
2. I will make an agreement with payment plans, indicating the schedule and all of the details of the doll to ensure that you are making an informed purchase and acknowledge the terms of the agreement.
3. I do not provide refunds on payment plans. If an individual is unable to continue their payment plan in a timely manner, they are responsible for finding someone to take over the payment plan and have that person pay them what they have paid into the doll and pay me the remaining balance of the doll.
4. I will not take an excessive amount of pictures and videos of a doll unless someone indicates that they are a serious buyer and they have the funds to purchase the doll.
5. I only accept payments via friends and family. I have been in the community for almost 6 years and I have sold 65+ dolls so I am more than willing to provide numerous references.
6. I do not make sales to someone who is not known in the community, so I always make sure to look them up on Reborns, in groups, or ask other friends whether or not they are familiar with the person.
7. I stop engaging with anyone who comments or send messages stating that the price of the doll is too high, a baby is not too expensive just because you cannot afford it.
