12” Suzy sculpt by Elena Andreeva, painted and sparsely micro/mono rooted by me. She was the first FBS baby I ever painted. She was the subject I used in Susan Gibbs comprehensive painting class in 2020. I’ve come a long way since then, taking a few other classes and this baby has just been laying in a drawer, wrapped in a blanket this whole time, ignored and lonely.
While the integrity of her paint is good, I am not proud of her. There are painting mistakes including a sealing layer drip line on her left leg. For that and other color errors reasons, I consider her a boo-boo baby. Her right armpit has a skin tag I should have removed initially and before painting but I was too inexperienced to do repairs back then. I actually was naive and didn’t know I was supposed to fix casts before painting. It isn’t noticeable though unless you lift up her arm. Please view all phots and the video before making this purchase to make sure she is the right doll for you because kindly note that there are no returns, no refunds. Since this is a doll I painted and rooted, if you have any problems with the matting, please contact me and I will gladly rematt her for you. She is a boo-boo baby so I am not able to make repairs to her coloring. I can only reseal and rematt her if she should happen to become too shiny. She has been sealed and matted well with SAM 32 and Juste Matte Matting Powder. So you shouldn't have that problem but just in case, know that I stand behind my work.. You may send her to me and if it ismy fault, I will fix her and mail her back to you for free of charge. I cannot however reroot her hair or brows or lashes for free if it is pulled out but I will happily reroot her for a reasonable price to the way she was when I first sold her to you. This guarantee is not transferable if you should happen to sell her to someone else.
Anyway, perhaps she would be loved by a young collector who knows to be careful with silicone baby dolls or someone who loves her, despite her faults. Please see all photos and videos before purchasing her. I am selling her for much less than her blank cast alone cost me and not including all that was put into her and her box opening and sending her home.
