Mateo has been painted using Genesis heat set painting and finished with soft-touch air dry matte varnish. He has a tan skin tone with creasing, subtle veining, mottling, and blushing. He has easy-care painted dark hair and rooted black lashes. There is an extra-large magnet behind his lips for a magnetic pacifier. His limbs, head, and body have been weighted with glass beads and polyfill. He is heavy and floppy in your arms. You must support his head like a real baby. He also has a neck ring so his head turns easily.
