Felicity is meticulously handpainted with Genesis Heat Set Paints , and well sealed with my special varnish. She is FULLY directionally microrooted with premium human hair which is sealed within the head to allow wetting and styling. She will come with a bottle of, "Willow's Baby hair Conditioner." And a hair brush and comb set! She also has a magnetic pacifier that will come along with her!!
