Portia was made from the limited edition Peaches sculpt by Cassie Brace. They are number 779 of 1800. I only buy and paint authentic sculpts. Portia has a vinyl head with full vinyl arms and the most adorable chubby legs. Portia is 21 inches long and weighs around 6 pounds. They wear 0-3 months-sized clothes.
Top to Toe Portia has been painted with a Caucasian skin tone using sixteen layers of Genesis Heat Set paints, including undertones, mottling, subtle veining, and blushing. They have an extra large magnet behind their lips for a pacifier. Head, limbs, and body have been weighed with fine glass beads. They have been sealed with soft-touch varnish for an extra smooth, soft touch and finished with a subtle dry skin effect. Portia has rooted light brown hair and lashes.
Box Opening
Portia will come home wrapped in an extra large, muslin blanket with:
• a Birth Certificate from my nursery (It will be blank, so you can name her anything you want.)
• COA from the sculptor
• Outfit #1: dress with matching bonnet and hand-knitted booties
• Outfit #2: sleeper
• Accessories: magnetic pacifier and clip, mohair conditioner, and hair styling tool
