Welcome Realborn Skya asleep! Born 3/5, 10:41a. Baby is about 19” long with bent legs, and wears NB size. She is just over 4.5 lbs, and has a nice feel. She has full limbs for amazing poseability. She is painted in a gorgeous newborn style, with many translucent layers that include eyelid and ear capillaries, veining, mottling, undertones, shading, blushing, faint milia, some baby acne, a little 3-d baby lanugo on her cheeks, a tiny baby scratch on her chin, glossing on her lips, & in her slightly open mouth, & in ears, nose, and on nails. Her nose has light texture to give the appearance of pores/real skin. She has stunning painted dark brown hair. Every hair has been meticulously painted one by one. Baby has complimentary rooted brown mohair lashes, which have been sealed from the inside. Baby looks adorable as a boy or a girl. Baby also has a strong magnet in her head for a magnetic pacifier. No detail has been overlooked! She was painted with heat set paints, and a heat set matte varnish was used. She is weighted and her head flops like a real baby-please support her head and limbs. I use a mixture of weighting materials and premium and luxury pollyfill to give my babies their unique feel. This is the second and final skya I will make. Baby is a one of a kind-can not be duplicated.
She is an authentic Bountiful Baby sculpt, and includes her COA.
She has rings on her neck and legs for easy turning.
Her limbs and head are vinyl. [not silicone]. I photograph using natural light, in different settings, with my Cannon Rebel.
