This baby is Bailey by Sandy Faber. He is a vinyl doll with a white cotton cloth body and 3/4 jointed arms and legs. He is 21 inches assembled and wears newborn size clothing. Painted with Genesis Heat Set Paints and sealed with a combination of matte and satin varnish for a natural textured skin appearance. He is created with many thin layers of paint for a biracial skin tone and detailed with veining, blushing and newborn mottling. He has beautiful big bright brown glass eyes with rooted eyelashes and painted eyebrows. His hair is painted underneath and rooted on top of that with soft premium medium brown mohair. He has a magnet located in his head behind his chin for a pacifier and 2 will be included with purchase of the doll. (Could not get magnet behind lips due to shape of lips inside) He weighs nearly 6 lbs. and is weighted with tiny glass beads in a double layer stocking in the torso and head. His body and head are filled with super soft Angel Silk polyester filling in and around the glass bead weights. His head is weighted to give a natural backwards head flop and needs to be supported. He has a Deft scent pouch in the torso and smells like a real newborn. The arms and legs are filled with the tiny glass beads as well and are easily poseable for taking photos. His nails are tipped and glossed. He will come with a few extra diapers, an outfit on (of my choice, usually the one in the pics), an extra outfit, pacifier, toy and blanket. He also looks very good as a girl if desired. COA was not included with the kit when purchased from Puppen-Traumland in Germany.
