Hello, my name is Nadine and I am in love with babies, real & fake.
I have finished the Art school back in the day and have been painting & drawing, had some experiments with clay & so on. I can say that I have been dreaming about creating reborn babies for more than 15 years, but somehow I've just recently got to it. And I JUST LOVE IT!!! Do you know those moments when you do something you love with all your heart & the time just stops for you? Well I feel it when reborning my babies. I swear each one of them has their own character & personality from the very first moment of the process, they literally tell you their stories.
What I love the most about reborning my babies is that time consuming process of creating all those tiny details - veins, capillaries, creases, nails, milk spots and tiny scratches, which make them look like real babies, I can just spend days & days doing this.
Around 5 years ago I have also started experimenting with sculpting babies & producing them in silicone & have fallen in love with the endless possibilities silicone can offer so it has become my main focus in art. Nowadays I mostly specialize in creating silicone baby dolls as well as fantasy baby dolls.
