Hello my name is Maggie, I am a Portuguese based artist, I studied arts since the high school, but I only started some years ago in reborning, I discovered this art form because when my daughter was 7 she asked me for a reborn and than I did my research and try to do it by myself, OK it wasn't really wath she wanted and I wasn't happy with the results but I didn't give up on it.
The years passed, she is 12 now and as my gratitude she receives a reborn baby painted by me all Christmas as long as she wish because if wasn't she I wouldn't know this beautiful art so earlier or maybe I never had looked more closely to it, now reborning is a major part of my life that made me contact and touch so many people that's the power of the reborn babies we put our love and care on them and pass that to others. People may not now but part of us as artist goes with those pieces of art that we call reborn babies .
I get addicted to reborning and I love to bring this beautiful sculpts to life.
I started my own nursery and since then I have brought to life hundreds babies that have found forever homes worldwide.
Iam allways trying to improve my technique and getting my art more and more perfect as possible.
