Reached out via email, no reply, very unprofessional. Rooting holes visible in head with a section where she rooted than pulled out the hair. Painted beautiful, not rooting perfection of $840 Doll!

I am sorry to hear your not happy with the combi hair. I was out of town the last 4 days camping for the holiday and I did not have cell phone signal. I just got home this morning. I emailed you also.

Absolutely beautiful baby girl. I am so so happy I adopted her. Vanessa is an amazing artist and was quick to respond to my messages. The baby was shipped very fast and arrived earlier than expected.
My baby Theodor was absolutely beautiful and in pristine condition. His unboxing was very thoughtful and his trip was very quick. I was provided all of the information about this little boy. 💖
Doll looks just like the pictures. She is lovely! Package arrived in three days and doll was wrapped with care. Seller kept me updated and provided tracking number. She answered all my questions.

Don’t like how the paint on the doll feel. It’s too rough just feels so rough. And I should of asked to see the hair because it’s not rooted all the way.. do you have anymore dolls

I’m sorry. It feels like that because I use genesis heat set matte varnish and I didn’t dilute it down at all so the paint would stay protected for a long time. It’s the varnish you are feeling.
He is absolutely beautiful and everything I expected him to be plus more. He’s so cuddly. I will definitely be buying from her again. She had amazing communication and sent him out same day.
Christmas Harlow was exactly as described and there was great communication with the seller! She was able to get her to me by Christmas. Very satisfied.
Yes the Real born Claudia is gorgeous. Beautiful detailed. She shows as a girl, but I choose a baby boy. I named him Timothy Paul. I would recommend this artist to anyone she does beautiful work.
