i felt scammed when I found out she wasn't actually using genesis heat set paints. you can literally rub the paint off with your fingers and water!! i sent her to be repaired and i'm so frustrated

I am offended at this review. I always use Genesis heat set paints. I also volunteered to take the baby back and try to fix her, but the customer said she would do it herself.
I’m so happy with my adoption. The listing pictures are lovely, but Cutie is even more realistic and beautiful in person. She has wonderful details and soft hair. She has so much personality, too!
