Jami was great! I usually don't buy pre-loved dolls, but she quickly answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The doll is in great shape, and I would happily buy from her again! 10/10.

Cristina thoroughly answered all my questions and quickly sent specific pictures I requested. The box opening was beautiful, and she was very helpful dealing with USPS for me when they messed up.
